Stephen Covey On Leadership - Why Character Matters More Than Personality

  1. Hi Stephen I dont have sound on this computer but I agree with the principle regarding Character as more important than personality - character emergees and we develop it from the choices we make particularly in adversity. It is like a well chiselled sculpture or well panned ore! It emerges from a process and is dynamic and so very valuable and potentially full of usefulness - hence its crucial role within a leader - without this quality no leader can be effective apart from by chance!
